Extremely happy with Inspire PT in North Brunswick, NJ. I had lower back issues, likely a slipped disc that I aggravated while running. Overall on a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate your North Brunswick facility as 5 as it achieved the result that I wanted - no pain in my right ankle and knee and ability to walk without limping.
My problem in the right leg basically started back in early part of this May. About a year ago I had experience similar pain conditions in my left leg. However, surprisingly within a month or so the pain disappeared by itself without any physical therapy intervention. However this year the pain did not go away by itself and this is what brought me to Inspire where my first visit was on June 5. Over the next 6 weeks I had 16 sessions with the last being on July 21. At that time I no longer had any pain in the right leg and had been able to slowly resume walking to almost 1 mile most mornings. I was back to where I was before the problems had started in May. I would like to think the recovery was the result of the professional physical therapy I received at Inspire and I thank you and your team members for that.

I highly recommend Inspire Physical Therapy. I had previous experience with them when I had a shoulder injury, so when my back was really bothering me, I called for their help. I was seen right away.
Dr. Brian performed a thorough evaluation of my back issue and provided a detailed explanation as to what was going on with it and what needed to be done to correct it. He got to work on me immediately after the evaluation.
With each subsequent visit, Brian, Dr. Rob, or Dr. Neil perform hands on therapy. Then, either they or one of the exceptional staff, guide me through a series of exercises. The environment they provide is friendly and comfortable. I'm very happy with the progress that I've made in just a few weeks.

Seriously the best PT experience I’ve ever had. I’ve been to a few different PT places over the years, and this one blows them all away. The staff actually listens and makes you feel like a priority, not just another patient on the schedule. The space is super clean and brand new. I can’t say enough positive things about Inspire Physical Therapy. I came in with a back injury (a bulging disc at L5-S1, a muscular spasm, and sciatica) a few months ago. From the beginning of my treatment, Dr. Brian, Dr. Neil, and Dr. Rob were extremely attentive and helpful. They designed a treatment plan that helped to target my pain and develop strength and stability to heal. The staff provides a welcoming and encouraging environment and atmosphere. Being a patient at Inspire is truly such an enjoyable experience. As someone who’s had multiple knee injuries, I haven’t felt as welcomed and cared for at a PT clinic as I have at Inspire. Brian, the owner, and all of the other PTs, along with the staff, make sure they provide excellent care with 1-on-1 treatment and specific focused plans for patients. I highly recommend Inspire PT to anyone in need of physical therapy. I deal with chronic pain in my feet, hip, and back and I see Dr. Neil for PT and Dr. Brian (owner) for dry needling but the entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and empathetic. The physical therapists are very thoughtful in how they approach treatment and are always looking for ways to switch things up and improve outcomes (including different exercises, cupping, dry needling, etc). They will also provide you a personalized link with home exercise instructions (including video) to improve outcomes outside of appointments as well.
Finding an independent PT practice is always important to me because they put patient outcomes and experiences first (and that’s definitely the case here). I never have any trouble getting an appointment and Dawn in the office is wonderful. She’s always on the ball dealing with insurance issues! The aides that assists the physical therapists do a great job as well. I’m excited to see they are expanding and opening a second location too.

I recently had a nasty muscle pull / tear and tried all of the home remedy’s (ice, stretch, icy hot) but nothing was working. I gave inspire a call and they got me in right away. I was a little skeptical about how effective Physical Therapy was going to be. I’ve had an issue with my shoulder for years before I started PT and assumed I would have to deal with it forever. I was wrong! The team at Inspire physical therapy, completely healed my shoulder over the course of a few months. It took some hard work, dedication, and a willingness to be open to different types of treatment, but it was well worth it. The staff was extremely knowledgeable, each one excelling in specific areas of physical therapy. I had a chance to work with all three of the physical therapists throughout the course of my treatment and they each brought their unique expertise to my situation. Neil was my main PT and he provided clear guidance and was able to answer all of my many questions throughout my time at Inspire. Additionally, everyone was super friendly and supportive. If you provide feedback about your exercises and how you’re feeling they will adapt on the spot to better suit your needs. I couldn’t recommend this place enough if you have any need for a physical therapist. P.S. the receptionist was also very attentive and helped me navigate through the maze that is health insurance to make sure I was getting the correct rate for my coverage.

The ladies that work at receptionist desk are very polite and always greet me when I walk in. The whole staff is great they make you feel at home and they’re very welcoming. I came to this office with severe sciatica pain. After being evaluated by Dr. Rob, he developed a treatment program of stretching, exercise, and rehabilitation that addressed my source of discomfort. I was always against knee replacement, but the time came when I had no choice but to get both knees done. After each knee surgery I went to Inspire PT in North Brunswick. I did a total of 3 months PT starting with Dr. Brian. I've had bad experiences with PT in the past, so I really wasn't expecting much. Dr. Brian worked with me, gave me all the exercises I needed for my knees to return to normal. Boy, was I surprised! Dr. Brian and his staff carefully watched what I did, corrected me if I was doing things incorrectly, always paying attention. Later on I worked with Dr. Neil who was equally as good as Dr. Brian. In the end, I ended up with 2 well functioning knees. My knees now feel 25 years younger! Many thanks to Dr. Brian and his team. I would highly recommend Inspire for any PT needs. Keep up the good work guys!!

When I came to inspire I was having extreme lower back issues to the point where taking a step was extremely painful however ever since I started coming to Physical Therapy here at inspire I’ve gained my range of motion back as well significantly reduced the pain I was going through. I love this place. Brian and his staff are wonderful to work with. They listen to you and give you what you need to improve your quality of life. When I started working with them I could not stand or walk without severe pain. I have been working with them 3 months and I am now able to walk the mall with my teenager with minimal issues.

I have nothing but positive experiences at Inspire Physical Therapy. It is a great place to rehab. It has knowledgeable and friendly staff, modern equipment, and a good atmosphere.
I have been rehabbing my arm there and I see progress each week and a vision for the finish line where I can return to full form. I enjoy coming there for each session as they make the whole rehab process transparent and engaging.
Brian, Salma, Neil, and Sebastian have been great helping me to return to full health after my injury and I’m very happy and thankful for their time.
I don’t plan on getting injured anytime soon, but if I do, this is the place I’m coming back to.

Highly recommended coming to this location as the team of Brian & Salma did a great job diagnosing and treating my issue. I originally came here to shadow, but ended up getting a knee injury, in which I decided to do my PT at Inspire. Inspire provides a great atmosphere to recover from your injuries, and also not to mention, the PT, Brian, is understanding, connects with his patients, and does his best with each and every one. The aides here are fantastic too and make sure patients don’t get lost with their workout plan. Definitely would recommend!

I called this office after failed experiences at dozens of physical therapists, chiropractors and pain management clinics. I'm pretty sure I was sitting there hopeless with tears in my eyes at my assessment with Dr. Brian. I couldn't sit at the movies, couldn't walk to the park, I became fearful of every day activities. I am a chronic pain patient for the last 7 years.
I am so BLESSED to have found this place. Dr. Brian has shown me that with strength and mobility, you can get better. He has invested so much time and effort in helping me get there. He also offers dry needling, cupping and various other therapies to complement your rehab journey. I am doing things I haven't done in years. Found Inspire Physical Therapy from an online search and so glad I did! I went to Brian for ankle rehab after a bad fall. He designed customized exercises that got me out of my brace quickly and helped me work on my strength, mobility, and stability! I saw Brian for a couple months for some runner's knee issues, and really enjoyed working with him. You can tell that Brian loves the challenge of figuring out what muscle is under developed or isn't firing when it needs to and developing a plan to get it going. He is a pleasure to work with and has a sense of humor that keeps the hour long work outs from getting stale while never sacrificing a professional, scientific approach to solving the problem at hand. Inspire Physical Therapy is the best physical therapy office in North Brunswick and the surrounding areas to receive treatment.
Brian, the therapist, really listens to your needs and creates a treatment plan individualized to you. He supervises and instructs every exercise, provides wonderful manual therapy to promote healing, is encouraging and attentive during each visit and sends you home with recommendations, exercises and stretching to help your recovery. This office has a warm friendly environment where you feel comfortable and inspired to get better. Brian also provides dry needling as a therapeutic treatment to improve healing. I felt so much better after each session.

I don’t what to say about this physical therapist and facility . It alone is above all expectations and all the old school beliefs you may have about physical therapy. The minute you walk in the door. They care from the reception to the assistant. We have been to a number of physical therapists, but Brian and Nancy treat you like family. My son was on his way to a D1 offer when a unfortunate accident happen ( acl/meniscus tear) . Brian and Nancy took us in and didn’t treated us like all the other meat market physcial therapy’s.
I give this place a 6 stars.
Not only did we get a top noch therapist but also a second family.

I began seeing Brian years ago on Staten Island and left his care at that time pain free. I recently needed to return to PT and found out that Brian no longer worked on Staten Island. I managed to track him down at his practice in NJ and travel the 28 miles to see him, because he's simply the most skilled, compassionate and caring physical therapist I've ever been to. Inspire Physical Therapy. The name is truly reflective of his character. One of the many attributes of being a good Physical Therapist is the ability to inspire you, when you don’t see the progress you’re making. Brian is also patient and caring about you as a person not just a patient. Brian became my physical therapist after my spinal fusion surgery at L3-L4. I saw him two times a week and we worked on building up my core strength, flexibility and agility. His approach to my recovery was spot on and his expertise and encouragement helped me achieve my goals.
